🔁 Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Bekaar. If you’re not happy with your item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Return

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please note that the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges we incurred. The remaining amount will be credited to you.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not accept returns on:

    • Customized or limited edition pieces

    • Items purchased during final sales or clearance

📩 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at bekaarlifestyle@gmail.com

    with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm your eligibility and share the return shipping details.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

🔁 Refund Options

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days)

  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI or store credit (please share UPI ID after return approval)

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or washing

  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

  • Orders where pickup is rejected or canceled repeatedly

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, kindly return the item and place a new order separately.

❗ Important Notes

  • Always record a video while unboxing if the package appears tampered or damaged — this helps in faster resolution.

  • Refunds are only processed after successful inspection of the returned item.

  • Bekaar reserves the right to reject returns if the item fails quality checks.
